Not supported by SBC SWe Lite.

Usage of the Easy Config wizard to configure the SBC Edge does not modify existing configuration. The wizard will simply add the new configuration elements to the SBC.

The SBC Easy Config interface includes a built-in step-by-step setup configuration wizard, which enables end-users to quickly deploy the SBC in an Enterprise's Lync environment with a SIP Trunk Provider to an ISDN PBX. The SBC can be configured to use a SIP trunk to connect to an ISDN PBX using the automatic setup wizard as described in the section below.

The following SIP Trunks are supported:

  • ATT SIP Trunk
  • Other SIP Trunk
  • SoftBank White Office
  • Telstra Enterprise SIP Connect
  • KDDI SIP Trunk
  • Verizon SIP Trunk
  • NTT DOCOMO Officelink

Depending on the SIP trunk selected, the specific configuration fields are displayed in the Wizard. These are noted below.

Step 1 - Select Scenario

These instructions assume the SBC Easy Configuration wizard is running. Refer to Using the Easy Configuration Wizard.

Select the Application type (SIP Trunk ↔ ISDN PBX). Enter the scenario configuration details based on your deployment settings. Once completed, click Next to move to Step 2 (or Cancel to return to the main WebUI screen).
