Use the Cns Group Cluster window to create a container for Cns group profiles. Call notification criteria specifies the Cns group cluster that will be the recipient of notifications when a call matches that particular set of criteria. Currently a Cns group cluster can contain only one Cns group profile. Refer to Sending Unsolicited Call Notifications to Application Servers for more information on the SBC's call notification feature.

To View Cns Group Clusters

On the SBC main screen, go to All > Global > Servers > Cns Group Cluster

To Create a Cns Group Cluster

To create a Cns group cluster:

  1. Click New Cns Group Cluster. The Create New Cns Group Cluster window opens.

  2. Use the following table to configure the options and then click Save

    ParameterDescription
    NameSpecifies a name for the Cns group cluster.
    DescriptionSpecifies an optional description of up to 199 characters for the Cns group cluster.
    Cns Group Cluster Data
    SequenceSpecifies a sequence number for a Cns group profile in the cluster. Currently a Cns group cluster can include only one Cns group profile and the sequence is set to 0 by default.
    Cns Group IDSelect the name of a Cns group profile to include in the cluster.

To Edit a Cns Group Cluster

  1. Select the Cns group cluster by clicking the radio button adjacent to it. The Edit Selected Cns Group Cluster window opens.
    You can only make changes to the description in this window.

  2. Make the required changes and click Save.
    To make changes to the criteria associated with the sequence number, use the Cns Group Cluster - Cns Group Cluster Data window.

To Copy a Cns Group Cluster

  1. Select the Cns group cluster by clicking the radio button adjacent to it.

  2. Click Copy Cns Group Cluster. The Copy Selected Cns Group Cluster window opens.

  3. Make changes and click Save.

To Delete a Cns Group Cluster

  1. Select the Cns group cluster by clicking the radio button adjacent to it.

  2. Click the Delete icon (X) at the end of the row.
  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
