Global - Servers - Call Notification Criteria Group

Use the Call Notification Criteria Group window to specify a group of up to 32 call notification criteria objects that you can then assign to a SIP trunk group. The call notification criteria group specifies the sequence in which the criteria is evaluated. When you create the group you add the first set of criteria to it. You can add additional criteria (up to 32) using the Call Notification Criteria Group - Call Notification Criteria Group Data window. 

Call notification criteria groups and call notification criteria are used with the SBC's call notification feature. Refer to Sending Unsolicited Call Notifications to Application Servers for more information on call notification.

To View Call Notification Criteria Groups

On the SBC main screen, go to All > Global > Servers > Call Notification Criteria Group

The Call Notification Criteria Group window opens.

To Create a Call Notification Criteria Group 

To create a call notification criteria group:

1. Click New Call Notification Criteria Group. The Create New Call Notification Criteria Group window opens.

   

2. Use the following table to configure the options and then click Save. After you create the group, you can add more call notification criteria group data objects to the group using the Call Notification Criteria Group - Call Notification Criteria Group Data window.

   Parameter	Description
   Name	Specifies a name of up to 23 characters for the call notification criteria group. Sets of criteria are identified within the group by a sequence number.
   Description	Specifies an optional description of up to 199 characters for the call notification criteria group.
   Call Notification Criteria Group Data
   Sequence	Specifies a sequence number for a set of call notification criteria within the group. The SBC Embedded Routing Engine (ERE) checks for a match in sequence order until it finds a match or exhausts the list of notification criteria. The range allowed is 0 to 31.
   Call Notification Criteria ID	Select the name of the call notification criteria object to associate with the sequence number.

To Edit a Call Notification Criteria Group

1. Select the call notification criteria group by clicking the radio button adjacent to it. The Edit Selected Call Notification Criteria Group window opens. 
   You can only make changes to the description in this window.  

2. Make any required changes to the description and click Save.
   To make changes to the criteria associated with a sequence number, use the Call Notification Criteria Group - Call Notification Criteria Group Data window.

To Copy a Call Notification Criteria Group 

1. Select the call notification criteria group by clicking the radio button adjacent to it.

2. Click Copy Call Notification Criteria Group. The Copy Selected Call Notification Criteria Group window opens.

3. Make changes and click Save.

To Delete a Call Notification Criteria Group 

1. Select the call notification criteria group by clicking the radio button adjacent to it.

2. Click the Delete icon (X) at the end of the row.

3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
