This object specifies the name and the administrative state of the rules associated with an Enhanced DBL Profile. Each rule is associated with a set of Criteria and Action, which collectively defines an Enhanced DBL Profile.
On the SBC main screen, navigate to All > Profiles > Services > Enhanced DBL Profile > Rule.
Select an Enhanced DBL Profile from the Enhanced DBL Profile dropdown list.
The Rule window is displayed.

Parameter | Description |

Rule Name | The rule name (1-23 characters) for this Enhanced DBL Profile. Up to 8 rules are configurable for each profile. |
State | Administrative state for this rule.

To Edit a Rule
To edit a Rule, select the rule in the Rule List window by clicking the radio button next to the rule.
The Edit Selected Rule window is displayed.
Make changes and click Save to save the changes. Click Undo Edits to cancel all changes.
The name of the selected rule cannot be edited; you can only edit the state of the rule using the Edit tool.
To Create a New Rule
To create a new rule, click +New Rule on the Rule List window. The Create New Rule window is displayed.
Make changes and click Save to save the changes. Click Undo Edits to cancel all changes.
To Copy a Rule
To copy a rule, click Copy Rule on the Rule List window. The Copy Selected Rule window is displayed.

sections of the Copy tool, refer to Enhanced DBL Profile - Rule - Criteria and Enhanced DBL Profile - Rule - Action.
Make changes and click Save to save the changes. Click Undo Edits to cancel all changes.
To Delete a Rule
To delete a rule, click the delete icon corresponding to the rule. A Delete rule dialog-box is displayed, asking for confirmation of deletion.
Click Yes to confirm deletion, or No to cancel.
On successful deletion, a success message is displayed.
Click Ok to complete the deletion process.
NOTE: A rule with it's state enabled cannot be deleted. Any attempt to delete a rule in enabled state results in the following Error message:
