The SLC uniquely identifies a link in a linkset. The SLC is a number from 0-15. If you want to change the SLC for an existing link, you must remove the existing link and then create a new link with the correct information.
After you have configured the M2UA interface on the remote node, you can provision M2UA links on the DSC - SP2000 Platform.
