Workflow

Order a License

Start

1. A software license must be purchased from
   Unable to show "metadata-from": No such page "_space_variables"
   Sales. To purchase a license, contact Ribbon as follows:
   1. Contact a Ribbon Partner.
   2. Contact Sales and Support: 1-833-742-2661.
   3. Fill out the Contact Form (go to https://ribboncommunications.com and click Contact).
2. Once you purchase the license, you will receive further instructions from
   Unable to show "metadata-from": No such page "_space_variables"
   via email.
   1. For SWe Edge licensing, the instructions explain how to access the licensing portal which you will use to generate a SWe Edge license key.
   2. For Router licensing,
      Unable to show "metadata-from": No such page "_space_variables"
      sends the license key once you complete the purchase order.
   3. For Analog licensing,
      Unable to show "metadata-from": No such page "_space_variables"
      ships the product with the appropriate license installed and activated. No further action is required for Analog licensing.

Generate a SWe Edge License Key

Start

1. Locate and record the SBC SWe Edge ID.
   1. From the System tab of the
      Unable to show "metadata-from": No such page "_space_variables"
      WebUI, click the Overview tab.
   2. Record the SWe Lite ID number. This serves as the SWe Edge ID.
2. Access the Self-Service Licensing and Download Portal and enter credentials.
3. Click Generate License Key.
4. Click Configuration.
5. Enter the SBC SWe Edge  ID in the UUID#1 field and click Generate.
   Within 24 hours, you will receive an email (check spam folder) with an attachment.
6. Save the file attachment, which is the license key in .XML format.
   This is the license key you will need for the license installation.
