Recommended Action
If this alarm is raised, do the following.
- Log in to the Web UI as root.
- From the Applications Main Menu, click SG.
- Click M3UA.
- Click M3UA App Servers.
Locate any app servers that are of ASP Type AS MASTER by clicking each one.
TipStart with any app servers that have a DOWN status.
- Verify that the ASPs from C20 are connected.
- From the Applications Main Menu, click SG.
- Click M3UA.
- Click M3UA Multi ASPs.
- If ASPs are not present, have ASP on C20 send ASPUP and ASPAC to bring up the ASP.
- If the issue is not resolved, contact Customer Support.
