Recommended Action

If this alarm is raised, do the following.

  1. Log in to the Web UI as root.

  2. From the Applications Main Menu, click SG.

  3. Click M3UA.

  4. Click M3UA App Servers.

  5. Locate any app servers that are of ASP Type AS MASTER by clicking each one.

     

    Tip

    Start with any app servers that have a DOWN status.

                     

  6. Verify that the ASPs from C20 are connected.

  7. From the Applications Main Menu, click SG.

  8. Click M3UA.

  9. Click M3UA Multi ASPs.

  10. If ASPs are not present, have ASP on C20 send ASPUP and ASPAC to bring up the ASP.

  11. If the issue is not resolved, contact Customer Support.
