2 | Port 2 | WAN 1 | 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ-45 Ethernet port for connectivity to the WAN or Internet network connectivity. Default IP: None |
3 | Port 3 | Mgmt | 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ-45 Ethernet port for optional management network connectivity. This interface must not be on the same network as the WAN or LAN subnets. This network cannot be within a subnet contained in a “Route” statement. |
4 | Port 4 | WAN 2 | Secondary WAN Interface Port. 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ-45 Ethernet port for connectivity to the WAN or Internet network connectivity. The port is covered with a removable RJ-45 cap. Remove the cap before use. Supports basic routing in addition to the following: • Dual WAN Port feature—Two discrete WAN interfaces with the ability to independently route • WAN failover / WAN Link Redundancy (WLR) • Link aggregation for WAN acceleration Note: This port is unused if you are running a software release prior to 13.11.2. |
