To configure the DHCP relay, see the following sections:

  1. Choose Network > DHCP Relay.
  2. Choose DHCP Relay > V6.


  3. Configure settings using the information in the following table as a guide. When you have finished configuring settings, click Submit to make your changes take effect.

    IPv6

    Configures DHCP relay for IPv6. By setting the DHCPv6 relay on , and pointing to a valid DHCPv6 server, all DHCPv6 requests are forwarded to that server.

    Enable DHCP Relay

    Select the check-box to enable DHCP Relay.

    DHCP Relay V6 Address/Prefix

    Enter the IPv6 address of the DHCP server where the system forwards traffic.

    DHCP Relay for VLAN ID

    If VLAN support is enabled, choose the configured VLAN number from the DHCP Relay for VLAN ID drop-down list.

    To enable VLAN support, choose Network > VLAN and refer to Configuring VLAN Settings.

    DHCP Relay only supports one VLAN.

    Note: If you delete a VLAN, the DHCP Server must be re-enabled for the remaining VLANs.
