For security reasons, change the BMC root password using the steps below:

   Log on to the SBC BMC using the IP address configured in the previous section.
   The SBC BMC main screen appearsdisplays.

2. Navigate to Configuration > Users.

3. Highlight a user from the list .Click and click Modify User.

4. Select Change Password to enable the password fields.

5. Enter the new password in Password field and confirm the same in Confirm Password field.

   Click Modify. A pop up window appears stating that the modifications were successful.

   both fields and then click Modify.
   A pop-up dialog confirms the modification was successful.

6. Click OK to complete the process.
