This document provides a brief description of each element within a Call Route; for full details on field definitions, refer to Creating and Modifying Entries to Call Routing Tables.
These instructions assume knowledge of navigation and configuration in the WebUI.

Route Priority | Adjusts order of call route processing. Routes are sorted first by priority, and then top-to-bottom order. 1 = highest priority |
Call Priority | Used with E911. Sets the Priority header. |

Message Translation Table | Permits changes like turning 183 Progress into 180 Ringing, changing ISDN IEs, or discarding selected messages. |
Cause Code Reroutes | If the call is rejected with a Cause Code present in this list, then proceed to the next call route; otherwise disconnect incoming call leg. |
Cancel Others Upon Forking | Imagine a forked call to Lync and mobile; and Lync is forwarded to the mobile. Unless this is enabled, mobile will receive two calls, forked and forwarded. |
Fork Call | Simultaneously processes this route and next route in the table. Places calls to both routes. |
Destination Signaling Groups | If the Transformation Table succeeds, sends the call out the listed Signaling Group. |

Audio/Fax Stream Mode | Determines how the SBC handles call signaling and Audio/Fax media stream during a call. |
Video Application Stream Mode | Determines how the SBC handles call signaling and Video/Application media stream during a call. |
Media Transcoding | Controls transcoding, such as incoming SIP G.711 to outgoing SIP G.723 (Not required for ISDN to SIP calls). |

Quality Metrics Number of Calls | Sets the number of calls to average the RTCP statistics over. |
Quality Metrics Time before Retry | If the route is disabled for quality issues, this amount of time is required before the route is used again. |
Min. ASR Threshold | Answer to Seizure (attempts) Radio. If the percentage of completed calls falls below this number, disable the route for Time Before Retry time. 0 = disabled. |
Enable Min MOS Threshold | Enables MOS score. |
Enable Max. R/T Delay | If Enabled and the RTT delay exceeds the configured value, disable the route for the Time Before Retry time. Calculated from RTCP information. |
Max R/T Delay | Specifies Round Trip delay. |
Enable Max. Jitter | If Enabled and the Jitter delay exceeds the configured value, disable the route for the Time Before Retry time. Calculated from RTCP information. |
Max. Jitter | Maximum average jitter. |
