The Sonus SBC 1000 FXO cards, both upper and lower, comprise four standard FXO ports with RJ-11 connectors. The RJ-11 connectors on the FXO card are Grey in color so that they can be easily distinguished from the Sonus SBC 1000 FXS cards when installed in the chassis.
The Sonus SBC 1000 supports a maximum of six FXO cards, providing a maximum of 24 FXO ports. The number of FXO cards installed depends on the specific configuration and limited by the number of other daughter cards (FXS and BRI) installed as part of the specific configuration.
