The Operational Status view contains the following status panels (from left to right):

  • Status - Details the health and runtime status of the VM.
  • Windows Status - Details the host Windows operating system (and the list of currently connected remote desktop users).
  • SBC Edge Communication Service - Shows version and runtime details.
  • Office 365 Direct Routing SBA Service - Shows operational status and runtime details of the vSBA.
Note

The Service Status field in the SBC Edge Communications Service panel reflects the communication service state between the VM and the SBC. If the VM is shut down, communication becomes unavailable; the Service Status field is then marked as Not Available.

Use the following procedure to view the Operational Status of the Direct Routing vSBA.

Start
  1. Log into the WebUI of the SBC SWe Edge.

  2. Click the Settings tab.
  3. In the left navigation pane, select Virtual DR SBA > Operational Status.
