This view is used to verify installed packages on the ASM, including their current versions. The list of items displayed in this view are dynamically queried from the Windows "Installed Programs" Control Panel view.

Viewing the Installed Packages on the ASM

Important Note: This view will not function until the Ribbon SBC 1000/2000 Communication Service becomes operational. In other words, only when a valid ASM IP address has been configured either via the Initial Setup or the ASM IP Settings.

This operation can be accessed via the Tasks tab or Settings tab:

Viewing Installed Packages on the ASM through the Tasks Tab
  1. In the WebUI, click the Tasks tab.
  2. In the left navigation pane, under the Application Solution Module, click Installed Packages.

  1. In the WebUI, click the Settings tab.
  2. In the left navigation pane, go to Application Solution Module > Installed Packages.


To view an Installed Package's details:

  1. Click the pop-up icon () next to the entry you want to view.
  2. When you are finished, close the window.
