Use the ENUM Service window to create an ENUM Service object for the SBC and set its initial parameters. After you create the object you can configure additional options for the ENUM Service object using the ENUM Service - Criteria, ENUM Service - ENUM Definitions, and ENUM Service - Flags windows.
To support ENUM services for the SBC in ERE mode, manually create an ACL rule for the ENUM server to allow packets (ENUM responses) from the ENUM server into the SBC. Set the Fill Rate for the rule to a higher value (for example, Fill Rate = 2000) to support high ENUM call loads (more than 20 cps).
On the SBC main screen, go to Configuration > System Provisioning > Category: Call Routing > Servers > ENUM Service or
All > Global > Servers > ENUM Service
The ENUM Service window opens.
