Use this window to identify specific URN prefix values that identify emergency calls for a specific Visited Public Land Mobile Network (VPLMN) ID. In networks supporting the S8 Home Routing (S8HR) roaming model, any calls that are identified as emergency calls from users identified as outbound roaming users are processed so that the calls are handled by the visited network rather than the home network.

Refer to Emergency Call Handling for the Roaming Users in S8HR Model for more information.
