Use this object to execute a request command to query PSX on new refresh REGISTERs. This request command is used for one sequence of refresh REGISTERs on all active registrations, which are routed after a PSX query. These routes are selected from the new PSX query response.

If both request command and IPSP flags (IP Signaling Profile - Common IP Attributes - Registrar Recovery) are configured, command takes the preference over IPSP flags.

To Run Query PSX On Next Refresh Register Command

On SBC main screen, go to All > Address Context > Zone > Sip Trunk Group > Cmds.

Query PSX On Next Refresh Register command can be executed for a specific Sip Trunk Group created under a specific Zone under a specific Address Context. Use the drop-down box to select the desired Address Context, Zone and Sip Trunk Group. The Cmds window is displayed.

Select Query PSX On Next Refresh Register from the command drop-down list and click Select. The queryPsxOnNextRefreshRegister window is displayed.

Over Ride Internal Expires

Overrides SBC internal expires timer. The options are:

  • Disable
  • Enable (default)
New Registrar Index
Route index to attempt after force PSX query. Range is 0 to MaxRoute Index and default value is 0.
Registrar IP Address

This flag is used only for registrations towards this REGISTRAR IP. Default value = 0.0.0.0

Use either Registrar IP Address or Registrar FQDN to execute the command.

Registrar FQDN

This flag is used only for registrations towards this REGISTRAR FQDN.

Use either Registrar IP Address or Registrar FQDN to execute the command.

Make the required changes and click queryPsxOnNextRefreshRegister to execute the command. A confirmation dialog box is displayed.

Click OK to finish.
