This feature is used to provision a tone and announcement profile, which specifies an announcement package and/or signaling tone package for the SBC to use to play announcements or signaling tones to calling or called parties.
Tone and announcement profiles are assigned to ingress or egress trunk groups. Also, use this feature to provision local ring back tones for the SBC, which the SBC plays to callers upon receipt of an alert indication without a media stream or without an indication of in-band tones.

To View Tone And Announcement Profile
On SBC main screen, go to Configuration > Profile Management > Category: Media Profiles > Tone And Announcement Profile.
The Tone And Announcement Profile window is displayed.

To Edit Tone And Announcement Profile
To edit any of the Tone And Announcement Profile in the list, click the radio button next to the specific Tone And Announcement Profile name.
The Edit Selected Tone And Announcement Profile window is displayed below.

You would not be able to edit as the field is read only.
To Create Tone And Announcement Profile
To create a new Tone And Announcement Profile, click New Tone And Announcement Profile tab on the Tone And Announcement Profile List panel.

To Copy Tone And Announcement Profile
To copy any of the created Tone And Announcement Profile and to make any minor changes, click the radio button next to the specific Tone And Announcement Profile to highlight the row.
Click Copy Tone And Announcement Profile tab on the Tone And Announcement Profile List panel.

The Copy Selected Tone And Announcement Profile window is displayed along with the field details which can be edited.

Make the required changes to the required fields and click Save to save the changes. The copied Tone And Announcement Profile is displayed at the bottom of the original Tone And Announcement Profile in the Tone And Announcement Profile List panel.
To Delete Tone And Announcement Profile
To delete any of the created Tone And Announcement Profile, click the radio button next to the specific Tone And Announcement Profile which you want to delete.
Click Delete at the end of the highlighted row. A delete confirmation message appears seeking your decision.
Click Yes to remove the specific Tone And Announcement Profile from the list.
