In this section:

The Emergency Call Profile is enhanced to allow the user to configure up to 32 emergency number prefixes.

To View Prefix

On SBC main screen, go to All > Profiles > Services > Emergency Call Profile > Prefix. The Prefix window is displayed.

The Prefix can be checked for each Emergency Call Profile or for all the Emergency Call Profiles created. Use the drop-down box to select the desired Emergency Call Profile.

To Edit Prefix

To edit any of the Prefix in the list, click the radio button next to the specific Prefix name.

The Edit Selected Prefix window is displayed below.

You can not make any changes as the fields are read-only..

To Create Prefix

To create a new Prefix, click New Prefix tab on the Prefix List panel.

The Create New Prefix window is displayed.

Prefix Parameters

ParamaterDescription
Prefix Entry  Specifies the name of the Prefix created. It can be up to 15 characters.

To Delete Prefix

To delete any of the created Prefix, click the radio button next to the specific Prefix which you want to delete.

Click Delete at the end of the highlighted row. A delete confirmation message appears seeking your decision.

Trunk Group - Sip Trunk Group Delete Confirmation

 

Click Yes to remove the specific Prefix from the list.
