The SBC Core supports H.323-H.323 calls with an audio and video stream. Unlike SIP video where all codecs are relayed through the SBC, H323 only supports a subset of the video codecs supported via SIP. The codecs are:

Payload TypeCodec Variants
31/DynamicH.261
34/DynamicH.263
DynamicH.263-1998
DynamicH.263-2000
DynamicH.264
DynamicH.264-RCDO
DynamicH.264-SVC

The video stream is allowed to pass-thru if the Packet Service Profiles used for both legs of the call allows video; i.e have a non-zero value for video bandwidth.

This object is the H.323 Trunk Group for this zone.

Note

The SBC 5400 and SBC 7000 systems support creating IP Interface Groups containing sets of IP interfaces that are not "processor friendly" (i.e. carried on physical Ethernet ports served by separate processors). However, restrictions exist regarding the usage of such Interface Groups.

For complete details, refer to Configuring IP Interface Groups and Interfaces.

To View H323Trunk Group

On SBC main screen, go to Configuration > System Provisioning > Category: Trunk Provisioning > Trunk Group > H323Trunk Group. The H323Trunk Group window is displayed.
