Before you use any of the available actions to manipulate the various GTT records in the Workspace DB, you must upload the following GTT files as required from your PC to the DSC Platform.
You can manipulate the GTT Workspace DB files using the following actions:
Purge Database - Removes all the records from the GTT Workspace DB
Purging the Workspace DB deletes all records from the tables of this database. If you execute the Purge Database action, make sure not to commit the Workspace DB to the Live DB (see To commit or reset information between the Workspace DB and Live DB), otherwise, all routing data is lost and the traffic is impacted.
Export GT Searches - Merges the GTT Workspace DB data into an MSU search and modification row-based CSV output (GT Searches and GT Modifications Output CSV files)
For the standard GTT, the GT Searches Output CSV file is a row-based merge of the GT Called Searches and PC Lists tables. For the advanced GTT, the GT Searches Output CSV file is a row-based merge of the following tables:
The GT Modifications Output CSV file is a row-based merge of the GT Modifications and Command Lists tables. The GT Modifications Output CSV file contains a row-based view of the modification that is associated with an SCCP Called or Calling Party Address.
The GT Searches and GT Modifications Output CSV files cannot be imported. These files are for database analysis, and are not compatible for provisioning. The exported GT Searches and GT Modifications Output CSV files are only accessible from the Web UI GTT Batch Operations screen.
