AIN Info Analyzed Service Handler

The AIN info analyzed service handler provides access to the SS7 Database Applications services using the AIN protocol's info analyzed signaling message. The AIN info analyzed service handler is primarily used for number portability services, internal subscriber routing requests, authentication of the called number, authentication of the calling number, and authentication of the query source. The message filtering determines if the signaling message should be sent to the AIN info analyzed service handler.

  1. Select CONFIGURATION > SS7 DB Application from the launcher tree.

  2. Click Service Handlers tab.

  3. Select AIN Info Analyzed service handler template node on the left pane.

    1. To create an instance of the service handler, see Create a service handler instance in the Service Handlers tab.

    2. To display service handler instance components, see Service Handler Databases
