The CIC UA Application Server (AS) displays the current status of the users who are registered with the SG using the CIC UA (see To view a CIC UA Application Server). Also included are the point codes, SI, and NA associated with each AS.
Multiple CIC UA AS CIC ranges can be registered on the SG allowing ASPs with the appropriate CIC ranges and PCs to route traffic to and from the SS7 network and the IP network (see To view a CIC UA AS CIC).
Note
An ASP can connect to any or all Routing VMs.
