You can configure the congestion levels for the M2PA links.

Note

The default congestion levels should suffice for most configurations.

For information about configuring congestion levels on a per SS7 linkset basis, refer to Configuring Linkset Congestion and Usage.

Caution

Changing the M2PA queue size and or congestion thresholds can affect system performance and possibly cause congestion and message loss. You should only change these attributes if instructed by Customer Support.

The M2PA links must be deactivated before you can modify the transmit queue size. For information about deactivating M2PA links, refer to To Activate and Deactivate an M2PA Link.
