If this alarm is raised, it indicates a condition where an MTP3 application is discarding MSUs from an unknown peer.
This alarm will be cleared when no MSUs are discarded (from an unknown peer) within 5 minutes of the previous occurrence.
If this alarm continues to be observed, contact Customer Support.
