Recommended Action
If this alarm is raised, follow these steps.
- Log in to the Web UI as root.
- From the Applications Main Menu, click SG.
- Click MTP3 NAs.
- If no MTP3 NAs exist follow these steps.
- Click Create MTP3 NA.
- Enter Network Appearance (NA) information as required.
- Click Create.
- Click Create MTP3 NA.
- Check that the NA Status is Active.
- If the Network Appearance is not active, click it
- Click Activate.
- If the Network Appearance is not active, click it
- From the Applications Main Menu, click MTP3.
- Verify that the associated NA is active.
- If the NA is not active, click Activate.
