See the following steps to identify what process is using higher than expected memory.
- Log in to the Web UI as root.
- Locate the Alarm.
- Click on the critical alarm count in the Alarm Dashboard.
- Click on this alarm number.
- Click on the date of the occurrence.
- Click Associated UI Object.
- Click on the critical alarm count in the Alarm Dashboard.
- Make note of the affected card.
- From the System Main Menu, click Processes.
- Click Top Processes.
- Select the affected card from the Top Processes on drop-down list.
- Click Update.
- Click Memory Usage.
- Select the affected card from the Memory Usage on drop-down list.
- Click Update.
- Contact Customer Support and provide the memory usage information.
