Description

A Level 4 Converter peer process is shutting down. This event is sent every time a Level 4 Converter peer is terminated, either intentionally or unexpectedly. The possible causes of unexpected system based interventions include:

  • The Layer Distribution Library (LDL) configuration file is invalid.
  • The Level 4 Converter process received a terminating signal (SIGINT and SIGTERM)

Action

If the alarm is raised due to an intentional shutdown, no action is required.

If the alarm is unexpected, the Watchdog process restarts the process; however, Customer Support should be notified
