Recommended Action
If this alarm is detected, the SDA database has been corrupted and two or more records with the same key have been found. The database must be fixed. If the database is not fixed, determining which record is used for reading, or updating is non-deterministic (for example, one record could be used for reading, another for updating, and a third if the database is read again).
Fixing the database may be done by restoring the required database from a backup or by fixing the duplicate records.
