Emergency Call Profile - Prefix

Use this screen to configure an Emergency Call Profile with up to 32 emergency number prefixes.

To View Prefix

On the SBC main screen, go to All > Profiles > Services > Emergency Call Profile > Prefix. The Prefix window is displayed.

A Prefix can apply to each Emergency Call Profile or to all the Emergency Call Profiles you create. Use the drop-down box to select the desired Emergency Call Profile.

To Edit Prefix

To edit any of the Prefix in the list, click the radio button next to the specific Prefix name.

The Edit Selected Prefix window is displayed below.

You cannot make any changes because the fields are read-only.

To Create Prefix

To create a new Prefix, click New Prefix tab on the Prefix List panel.

The Create New Prefix window is displayed.

To Delete Prefix

To delete a Prefix, click the radio button next to the specific Prefix that you want to delete.

Click Delete at the end of the highlighted row. A delete confirmation message appears seeking your decision.

Click Yes to remove the specific Prefix from the list.
