Managing and Generating Reports

Reports are provided for pre-canned Total Calls and Peak Calls, for EdgeMarc and SBC Edge devices, and MOS Score for the EdgeMarc devices viewable in the GUI. For reports more than 24hrs and CDR report, the users have to submit a reporting job and are able to see the status of it under the Report jobs list once complete. This report is for Device Inventory as well.
