Accessing Reports

To access a report generated on EdgeView, perform the following steps:

1. Choose Devices > Reports.

   The Reports page appears.
   
   

2. To display statistics within the last day, under the Last 24 Hours tab:
   

   • Choose Select Scope. The Select Collection or Device dialog box appears. You can choose Collection or Device and enter the required collection name or device name in the Search bar.

   • Click OK to return to the Reports page.   
     
     

     
   • Select Report Type and Time Frame from the drop-down list to display MOS Score, Peak Calls, or Total Calls report.
