Use the Retry Profile to configure a trigger action rule to specify that when particular response code(s) (and optional warning code(s)) are received (the trigger), the SBC performs a fallback action (fallback SRTP to RTP, fallback to IPV4, fallback to IPV6, or retry without identity). The SBC then reattempts an INVITE with the updated Session Description Protocol (SDP) offer based on the action configured for the received error response and warning code.
On the SBC main screen, navigate to All > Profiles > Services > Retry Profile. The Retry Profile window is displayed.
To create a new Retry profile:
Click New Retry Profile on the Retry Profile List window. The Create New Retry Profile window is displayed.
To edit a Retry profile:
Make the required changes and click Save.
To copy a Retry profile and make changes to the copy:
Click the radio button next to the name of the Retry profile you want to copy.
