The solution base for Sonus SBC 1000/2000 includes problem/solution articles to various issues that may arise when deploying or operating Sonus SBC 1000/2000 gateways and Microsoft Lync 2010 Sonus SBC 1000/2000 SBA's.

How to Access the Sonus SBC Edge Solution Base

To access the Sonus SBC 1000/2000 Solution Base, you will need the following:

  • A valid entitlement or software maintenance for Sonus SBC 1000/2000.
  • A valid Sonus membership. If you have not already registered, please do so at Sonus Customer or Channel Partner.
