Recommended Action
If a route is PROHIBITED_CRDT, then the route is marked unavailable because an ANSI Circular Route Detection Test (CRDT) has detected a loop in the MTP3 routing in the network towards the affected destination.
When the routing issue is resolved, follow these steps to perform a Reset State action on the affected route to return it to normal function.
- Log in to the Web UI as root.
- Locate the Alarm.
- Click on the critical alarm count in the Alarm Dashboard.
- Click on this alarm number.
- Click on the date of the occurrence.
- Click Associated UI Object.
- Click on the critical alarm count in the Alarm Dashboard.
- Click Reset State.
