The "loadConfig", "saveConfig", and "Backup/Restore" operations are not supported on SBC SWe cloud platforms.

Unable to show "metadata-from": No such page "_space_variables"
 EMA allows you to generate a system backup file you can use later to restore the system configuration. During this process, the system will restart and you must log in again once the system is up and running. This is useful if you upgrade the
Unable to show "metadata-from": No such page "_space_variables"
 and need to reload the old configurations. The system creates and maintains daily automatic backups for the last seven days and you can take up to 10 configuration backups.

Note

All the backup files should use one of the following naming conventions:

  • "config_<System_Name>_<File_Name>", and end with ".tar.gz"

or

  • "auto_backup_config_<System_Name>_<File_Name>", and end with ".tar.gz"

For example: "config_SBC001_BackupFile1.tar.gz" or "auto_backup_config_SBC001_BackupFile1.tar.gz".


Complete the following steps to create a system backup file:

  1. Select Administration > System Administration > Backup/Restore

    System Backup/Restore

  2. Click Yes, to backup the current system.

  3. Enter the File Name Suffix.
  4. Click Save. Once the backup for the system is created, the

    Unable to show "metadata-from": No such page "_space_variables"
     displays the following message:

    BackupRestore - Successful Message

  5. Click OK to complete the process.


Note

Select a file in the Last Backup list and then click the Delete icon (X) to remove/delete an existing backup file.
