- Log in to the Web UI as root
- Locate the Alarm.
- Click on the critical alarm count in the Alarm Dashboard.
- Click on this alarm number.
- Click on the date of the occurrence.
- Click Associated UI Object.
- Click on the critical alarm count in the Alarm Dashboard.
- Make note of the sensor value and contact Customer Support
