Use this command to send a message to a particular user, admin user or all user terminals.
Command Syntax
> request message <user Id> "<message>" admin "<message>" all "<message>"

> request message all "please log off immediately" [ok][2013-06-22 13:29:16] Message from admin@MYSBCA at 2013-06-22 13:29:16... please log off immediately EOF
