Perform Actions on SBC Edge

This section provides instructions to perform the actions mentioned above on the 

1. Choose Devices > List.

   The 

   Unable to show "metadata-from": No such page "_space_variables"
    devices list appears.

2. Select the the 

   Unable to show "metadata-from": No such page "_space_variables"
    device on which you want to perform the required action (see EdgeView Devices List image). The device Overview page appears.

   Note

   If a device generates an alarm, a warning icon appears, corresponding to that device both in the Device List page and Device Details page.

Open Device GUI

To open the 

1. On the Device Overview page under the ACTIONS menu, select Open Device GUI.

   A new browser tab opens.

2. Log in to the 

   Unable to show "metadata-from": No such page "_space_variables"
    
   Unable to show "metadata-from": No such page "_space_variables"
    device. 

   Enter Login Credentials

   

   For more information on the 

   Unable to show "metadata-from": No such page "_space_variables"
    configuration, refer to Ribbon SBC Edge Documentation.
   Note

   The 

   Unable to show "metadata-from": No such page "_space_variables"

    does not support multiple concurrent sessions of Open Device GUI.

Move Devices

To move your device, perform the steps given below:

1. On the Device Overview page under the ACTIONS menu, select Move to Collection.

   The Move to Collection page appears.

2. Choose the collection to which you want to move the selected device (see Move devices page image).

   Tip

   Enable the Send notification once Upgrade is completed check-box if you want to receive notifications.

3. Select MOVE 1 DEVICE once you chose a collection (see Move devices page image).

Edit Devices

To edit devices, perform the steps given below:

1. On the Device Overview page under the ACTIONS menu, select Edit Device. The Edit Device prompt appears.

2. Enter the device description under Description and click Save.

Delete Devices

To delete devices, perform the steps given below:

1. On the Device Overview page under the ACTIONS menu, select Delete Device.

   The Delete Devices page appears.

2. Select DELETE 1 DEVICE to delete the device (see Delete Devices page image). You are prompted to confirm the deletion.

3. Select DELETE NOW to delete the selected device (see Confirm Deletion image).
