Working with RADIUS Servers

  1. In the WebUI, click the Settings tab.

  2. In the left navigation pane, go to Auth and Directory Services > RADIUS > RADIUS Servers.

To view a RADIUS Server's properties:

  1. Click the pop-up icon () next to the entry you want to view.
  2. When you are finished, close the window.

To view a RADIUS Server's counters:

  • Click the Counters text next to the RADIUS server entry in the table. The Radius Accounting Server Counters appear as the number of CDRs attempted and failed.

Accounting Server Counter Display Behaviour

If any server has the Send Connectivity Packet Type parameter set to Request, Ping counters are irrelevant (if the secondary server is set to NONE, even though the ping counters appear, they will not increment.).

 

To reset a RADIUS Server's counters:

  • Click the Reset Counters text at the top of the RADIUS Counters panel.

To delete an entry, select the checkbox next to the entry and then click the Delete () icon.
