New Deployment: Download Package From Self-Service Licensing and Downloads Portal
Perform the following steps to download the SBC SWe Lite package from the Unable to show "metadata-from": No such page "_space_variables"
Self-Service Licensing and Downloads Portal for new deployments.
Prerequisites: Prior to downloading software from the Ribbon Self-Service Licensing and Downloads portal, a product quote and purchase order is required. (Exception: trial deployments do not require a PO.) Contact your Ribbon sales representative or authorized Ribbon partner to submit a product quote and (if applicable) a purchase order; the salesperson/authorized partner may provide additional information upon successful submission of both items with Ribbon.
Click the link contained in the "Ribbon License Available..." email received from Ribbon to access the Self-Service Licensing and Downloads Portal.
The email usually arrives within 1-2 business days from successful submission of a product quote and (if applicable) purchase order. If you do not receive your email within that period, please visit your email inbox (junk folder, spam folder, clutter, etc.) for the email. If you do not find an email, contact Ribbon sales representatives or authorized Ribbon partner.
