Alternative Network Address Types (ANAT) options when media address type is set to iPv4 and iPv6.

To View and Edit Anat

On SBC main screen, navigate to All > Address Context > Zone > Sip Trunk Group > Media > Anat. The Anat window is displayed.

The Anat can be checked for each Address Context, for each Zone, for each Sip Trunk Group created or for all the Address Contexts, Zones and Sip Trunk Groups created. Use the drop-down box to select the desired Address Context, Zone, and Sip Trunk Group.

The Edit Anat window is displayed.

The following fields are displayed:

Media - Anat Parameters

 

Parameter

Description

 Offer Preference Offer version precedence when SDP method is ANAT. The options are:
  • matchSigAddrType (default)
  • iPv4
  • iPv6
  • iPv4andiPv6

 

This flag is visible only when iPv4andiPv6 is chosen as the values for the flag, Media Addr Type under Media.


 Answer Preference Answer version precedence when SDP method is ANAT. The options are:
  • matchSigAddrType (default)
  • iPv4
  • iPv6
  • iPv4andiPv6

 

This flag is visible only when iPv4andiPv6 is chosen as the values for the flag, Media Addr Type under Media.


Make the required changes and click Save at the right hand bottom of the panel to save the changes made.
