To request an
Open www.ribboncommunications.com.
Click SERVICES > CUSTOMER SUPPORT LOGIN.
Enter your Ribbon-provided credentials to log on to the portal.
Click DOWNLOADS.
Click Sonus > Select Software to open the Select Software dialog box. To determine the latest Software Bundle and the respective files, refer to Production Releases, and then:
Select SBC 5XX0 or 7XX0 from the Product drop-down list.
Select Linux From the Operating System drop-down list.
Click Request Download on the appropriate SBC5x7x_5.x software bundle. This will open the Software Download Form.
Enter your address details and click Submit to accept the End-User License Agreement.
Review the Software Request Detail window. You will be notified by email when your bundle is ready to be downloaded.
Customer Support will email you when the bundle is ready to be downloaded. Click on the link in the email and then follow these steps:
Open www.ribboncommunications.com.
Click SERVICES > CUSTOMER SUPPORT LOGIN.
Enter your Ribbon-provided credentials to log on to the portal.
Click DOWNLOADS.
Click Downloads > Sonus > Download Requests.
The browser redirects you to the following page and a pop-up window appears to save your file. If the pop-up window fails to appear, return to the Software Request Detail window, re-select the software and when the About Download Manager window opens, click the click here link to save your file.
Save the software to your local PC or server.
