REST API Method: GET /rest/linecard/{identifier}/telcods1port/{identifier}/ds1channel/{identifier}
Retrieves Channel information for a given ID under a DS1 Port.
If no ID is specified in the GET, a listing of all channels will be returned with their IDs.
