| Used to enable/disable the Hold/Off Hold feature. If it is enabled, the user can hit flash hook to put the acitive call on hold (a dial tone will be played). |

| Used to enable/disable the Transfer feature. If it is enabled, the user can hit flash hook to get a dial tone (the active call will be put on hold) and to start dialing the phone number that the active call will be transferred to. Hold is a precondition for Transfer, if Hold is set to false then Transfer will automatically be set to false. |
