Not supported by SBC SWe Lite in this release.

The Operational Status view contains the following status panels (from left to right):

  1. Status - details the health and runtime status of the ASM.
  2. Windows Status - details the host Windows operating system (and the list of currently connected remote desktop users).
  3. Windows Update status - details when update packs need installing.
  4. Unable to show "metadata-from": No such page "_space_variables"
    SBC Communication Service shows version and runtime details.
  5. The operational status and runtime details of the Lync Services - useful when Deploying the SBA (Survivable Branch Appliance):
    • Skype Server, Mediation Service
    • Skype Server, Front-End Service
    • SQL Service
    • Skype Server, Replication
    • QoE Counters
    • (For units with CCE) Office 365™ CCE Status

 

Notes
  • The Service Status field in the
    Unable to show "metadata-from": No such page "_space_variables"
    SBC Communications Service panel reflects the communication service state between the ASM and the SBC. If the ASM is shut down, communication becomes unavailable; the Service Status field is then marked as Not Available.
  • The ASM Board Status reflects the electrical state of the ASM Board (Up or Down).

Viewing the Operational Status

This operation can be accessed either via the Tasks tab or Settings tab:

Viewing the Operational Status
  1. In the WebUI, click the Tasks or Settings tab.
  2. In the left navigation pane, under the Application Solution Module, click Operational Status.
