This object specifies the minimum and the maximum values that can be specified for Area Code.
To View and Edit Area Code
On SBC main screen, go to Configuration > Profile Management > Category: Digit Parameter Handling Profiles > Numbering Plan > Lengths > Area Code.
Select the desired Numbering Plan from the drop-down list to view its respective Area Code parameters.
The Area Code window is displayed.

Lengths - Area Code Parameters
Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| Specifies the minimum value that need to be specified for the area code. The value ranges from 0 to 999 and the default value is 2. |
| Specifies the maximum value that need to be specified for the area code. The value ranges from 0 to 999 and the default value is 4. |
Make the required changes and click Save at the right hand bottom of the panel to save the changes made.
