Use this window to view or create SWe traffic profiles. The performance of the SBC SWe VMs can be optimized by providing the anticipated call mix as part of configuring the SBC SWe instance. The call mix is conveyed through a traffic profile which includes factors such as the amount and type of transcoding anticipated. The SBC includes a set of predefined call mixes in its standard traffic profiles. You have the option to create a custom traffic profiles with a call mix that is more suitable for your environment. You can have a maximum of 20 profiles in the system.
To View Swe Traffic Profiles
On the SBC main screen, go to All > System > Swe Traffic Profiles. The Swe Traffic Profiles window opens showing the standard profiles and any custom profiles you created.

- standard_signaling_profile - This profile utilizes the vCPUs for signaling (direct media) calls. It is assigned by default on cloud-based S-SBC instances.
- standard_passthrough_profile - This profile utilizes the vCPUs for pass-through calls.
- standard_transcoding_profile - This profile utilizes the vCPUs for transcoded calls.
