Creating a NAT Qualified Prefix Table
In the WebUI, click the Settings tab.
In the left navigation pane, go to SIP > NAT Qualified Prefix Table.
- Click the Create NAT Qualified Prefix Table Entry ( ) icon at the top of the SIP NAT Qualified Prefix Tables page.
- In the Description field, enter a description for the table (this should be easily identified for configuring as part of the SIP Signaling Group).
- Click OK. The table is created.
Modifying a NAT Qualified Prefix Table
To modify an existing SIP NAT Qualified Prefix Table:
- Click the expand () Icon next to the entry you wish to modify.
- Edit the entry properties as required, see details below.

- In the left navigation pane, go to SIP > NAT Qualified Prefix Table.
- Click the desired table.
- Click the Create NAT Qualified Prefix Table Entry ( ) icon at the top of the table.
- Configure the options. See details below for field definitions.
SIP NAT Qualified Prefix Table Entry Field Definitions
Description
A user-friendly description of the prefix entry. This table description is populated as an option for Inbound NAT Traversal in the
Signaling Group. Maximum length: 64 characters.
IP Address
IP address component of the NAT Qualified Prefix. This combines with the Netmask to match against the incoming endpoint's IP to determine if it is behind a NAT.
Netmask
The Netmask component of the NAT Qualified Prefix. This combines with the IP Address to match against incoming endpoint's IP to determine if it is behind a NAT.
